minor issues

delayed room unstocked minibar

i was frustrated by a few things. the room wasn't really ready when i arrived, and i waited longer than i expected. also, the minibar wasn't properly stocked. it took several calls to get it sorted out, so it was annoying.

poor breakfast service strange smell

The breakfast service was quite poor. It was very crowded. Getting coffee or tea at the table was not possible. The room was also too cold. It had a strange smell when I first entered it. I think the hotel could improve these details to offer guests a better experience.

pool staff staff kindness

the pool staff kindness impressed me. lifeguards yunus, asanka, rose, and sadesh were very watchful. i found their guidance helpful.

i saw very dirty window in my duplex king room with palace view. the view was hardly visible. the furniture seemed old.

check in was smooth at the reception. zinnedine was very helpful and friendly. lahaina, zain, kristi and mary provided fresh mint tea and lovely service in the rose lobby lounge.
